The 37th World Championships took place in Birmingham, England Nov 9-12, 2023. This was hailed as one of the most successful World Championships for the United States!
Fairland’s Jessica Stevens won the bronze medal in Women’s Individual Trampoline. This is the first medal at a World Championships for the US in 49 years. Her performance also secured the US women their quota spot for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Jessica was also a member of USA All-around team earning the US’s first ever Team all-around Gold medal! Aliah Raga, Dynamite Gymnastics, led the US women in Double Mini Trampoline, winning the Silver Medal! Kaleb Cave, Dynamite Gymnastics represented the US in Men’s tumbling where he advanced to qualification round 2 and narrowly missed finals round, finishing in 15th. A superb showing by all MD athletes! Maryland is so proud to have top level athletes in the three T&T disiplines!
